High-confidence calls apply the billing decision automatically; anything uncertain is routed to a human review queue instead of guessed at.

Before building AI software, I worked in waste management operations, reviewing overfill photos and handling billing by hand. I knew the bottleneck because I lived it. The Overfill Validation System grew out of that firsthand experience.
